Exie MJ Farmer, born in Rosebud, Arkansas on February 3, 1924. Passed away naturally on July 27, 2015. Exie was preceded in death by her parents Robert Henry Farmer and Esther Mozeler Massey, Sisters Lesba Vennie, Ina Verpel, Achel Lee and brothers Toy Winfred, RC and Elbert Levi Farmer. She is survived by her sister Marie Farmer Sherrod and numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
Exie was a long time employee of Fisher Florist until her retirement. She very much missed working. Exie loved to sew. She was always making clothes for others. She loved children and for much of her life, she took care of others children along with her mother and sisters. She will be remembered for her kind heart and love for others.
Services Held at Aldine Funeral Chapel, July 31, 2015 at 10:00 AM and interment at Brookside Memorial Gardens, Houston, Texas. Donald Hazelwood officiating.
