Obituary for Frieda Bells

Freida Earls Bell completed her life’s journey December 5. Freida was born April 5, 1939 in Wichita Kansas. She was raised in Lawton, Oklahoma, and moved to Houston and made it her home in 1969. Freida was full of energy and had a zest for life. She was a dedicated employee of River Oaks Crown Plaza for the past 20 years. She loved traveling, shopping and spending time with her family. She is survived by her two children, Fred Jester and his wife Martha, Karen Novak and her husband Tom, five grandchildren, John Jester, Abbey Jester, Sarah Novak, Jacob Novak and Shannon Novak. She was predeceased by her father Fred Earls, mother Verna Blair Earls and Step Mother Nina Earls. Special thanks go to her dear friend, Zettie Davis, Gulf Coast Hospice, and the staff at Richmond Healthcare Center. Freida’s celebration of life will be Wednesday, December 16, at 3:00 PM at Faith United Methodist Church, 4600 FM 359, Richmond, TX 77406.
